5. Fair Play & Conduct

6. Contest Participation

• 🔒 Teams cannot be edited once a contest is locked.

7. No Financial Transactions

• ❌ No deposits or withdrawals

We focus purely on cricket strategy and user engagement through skill.

8. Legal Compliance

• ✅ We comply with relevant state and central laws on skill-based games.
• ⚠️ Users must ensure they are not in jurisdictions that prohibit fantasy sports.

9. Restricted States

Access to Crickzo Fantasy Sports is prohibited in the following Indian states due to legal restrictions: Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu. Any user found accessing the Platform from these regions may have their account permanently suspended.

10. Termination

• 🚫 Crickzo Fantasy Sports reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• 🛑 We may block access without prior notice in case of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

11. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect minimal personal data such as Mobile number, Age, and State (for eligibility verification). We do not collect any payment or financial information. Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy.

12. Prohibited Conduct

• Use multiple or fake accounts.
• Engage in automated or fraudulent gameplay.
• Share login credentials with others.
• Attempt to exploit or hack the Platform.

Any such activity will result in immediate removal from the Platform and possible legal consequences.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including Crickzo logos, website/app designs, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of Crickzo Fantasy Sports or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

14. Modifications to Service or Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform indicates your acceptance of these changes.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. In case of any legal dispute, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

16. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Crickzo Fantasy Sports. If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses will remain in full effect.
